Beastly Mobility Assessment
Not knowing where potential restrictions stem from sucks. I’ve been there many times. The root cause often stems from one or a combination of the following:
Underactive and overactive body parts cause postural deficits
Unresolved traumas or injuries
Too much focus on muscular tissue vs connective tissue
In essence, most restrictions and/or pains stem from a lack of movement nutrition.
This is why I’ve created a DIY mobility assessment. It screens your body in certain positions, where your body works as one unit, and then captures restrictions and/or pains.
After completing it, it gives you information based on your attempt and also lets you pick two positions as focus areas with the first progression of the exercise that aligns with them.
